Advantages of Having Naps, Types of Naps to Refresh your body and mind
We see lots of people having the tendency to nap most of the time. Napping might seem to be very unproductive and useless stuff but To tell you it is a very important part of our schedule to improve concentration and productivity.
In a busy schedule, napping plays a vital role to relax you and provide you sufficient amount of break to regain the freshness back.
There are various types of naps:
The Power Nap: This is of 10-20 mins and is the best to boost up your body. In this the mind gets relaxed making you alert and refresh.
The 30 min Nap: As in this period your mind is between sleep and nap making the mood irritate and not good.
The 60 min nap: This nap improve your mind memory and creativity. Good for students who are generally strained due to classes and study hours. This makes mind relax and remove lethargic mode.
The 90 min Nap: It is the longest of the above naps. People who lack 6-8 hr sleep, it is the best to complete your sleep. mood, creativity and memory are boosted for sure.
So these were the naps. The time of the naps is around 1 pm to 4 pm. Napping is chair, sofa, car or may be in your class room ( i would not advised ) is the best places. I would advice not to go for nap after 4 pm as it will make you lazy and dizzy.
